Unlike rock alternatives that require frequent replenishment and costly and time-consuming cleanup, after initial installation, DiamondTrack mats are virtually maintenance-free for the duration of your project.

High-Performance Design

The innovative diamond-shaped features of Signature’s patent pending DiamondTrack mats are engineered to allow a wide variety of truck tires to deform elastically, forcing sediments off, helping to reduce jobsite remediation costs. Each diamond feature on the mat has a load bearing capacity of 800 PSI and provides 30% more surface area and 12% more perimeter contact area with the base than competing composite trackout mats.

Unlike typical construction zone entrances and exits, DiamondTrack trackout mats can be installed without the use of heavy equipment over various substrates, such as unexcavated soil, concrete, pavement, or asphalt.

Ensures Compliance

Signature’s DiamondTrack trackout prevention mats eliminate Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) compliance violations, preventing costly fines and can be used as a Best Management Practice (BMP) to meet SWPPP for a Stabilized Construction Exit (SCE).

Signature's trackout system can be easily cleaned and reused on multiple jobsites for up to 10 years and has a typical payback period within a few projects, providing a quick return on investment. With a total crush rating of more than 4 million pounds and a higher flexural modulus, Signature’s trackout mats bend significantly without breaking or experiencing permanent deformation, ensuring a long working life. Stabilized Construction Entrance (SCE)

To build an SCE, you need a 12’ wide by 70’ long of appropriate aggregate. The location where SCE is to be located needs to be excavated 6” down in-depth, a geotextile erosion control fabric placed down, with aggregate placed on top. Individual jurisdictions require specifications that can increase or decrease depth, width, length, size of aggregate, and similar. After SCE removal, topsoil must be added back to the disturbed area, graded, and re-seeded.
