Pin Connectors for SYSTEM7™ Heavy Duty Interlocking Composite Access Mats

Manufactured to surpass competitors in both performance and affordability, the SYSTEM7™ Locking Pins are some of (if not the) best composite mat interlocking pin systems on the market. This pin is designed to speed up and simplify the installation process of Spartan Economics' SYSTEM7 composite mats.

This composite mat interlocking pin system provides secure and reliable connections between mats, guaranteeing stability and safety in most environments. These patented locking pins are built for durability and ease of use. With a focus on user convenience, they feature a Female Hex for locking and unlocking; with a flat screwdriver hole built in for particularly difficult scenarios. Spartan Composites have confirmed that they have removed unnecessary slots in the top of the pin which makes it harder for fluid and debris to cause blockages. The pin locks from any direction (360°) and includes a visual indicator for added assurance, too.

Additionally, these pins are compatible with competitor matting systems (other than the durabase) which means you have the flexibility and ease of use to use these with other matting systems you may already have.

You should use a minimum of 2 pins to connect two mats. Use Spartan Composites SYSTEM7 Toolkit to simplify the Installation process

Installation

With the SYSTEM7 Toolkit, Installing System7™ Locking Pins is a quick and straightforward process designed to reduce time and effort. As in the video, there are 3 tools for a quick, easy process:

  1. Use the positioning bar from the toolkit when lowering the mat to align the two mats’ pin holes.
  2. Once fully lowered, make sure the two mats are flush to one another.
  3. Push the first locking pin in, using your foot if necessary.
  4. Use the SYSTEM7 locking wrench from the toolkit to twist the hex key and lock the two mats together.
  5. Do the same for the second pin.

Their design facilitates quick and efficient assembly, even in challenging conditions, making them an ideal choice both for professionals and DIY enthusiasts.

  1. To remove, unlock your pin with your locking wrench, a hex key, or a flat screwdriver (the locking wrench should still be easiest!)
  2. Use the SYSTEM7 Pin extractor from your toolkit to pull the pin up and out

Compatibility

System7™ Locking Pins are compatible with most 8x14 composite mats, allowing integration with existing matting systems. The fact they are interchangeable with competitor just makes them more versatile, allowing workers to adapt to different matting requirements with ease. Some organizations choose to carry just SYSTEM7 pins for their whole fleet of mats, to avoid getting them mixed up and bringing the wrong ones for the job.

Real-world case studies showcase the effectiveness and reliability of System7™ Locking Pins. Positive feedback from users underscores their role in streamlining installation processes and improving overall project efficiency.

System7™ Locking Pins offer a superior solution for mat installation, combining durability, ease of use, and compatibility.

By incorporating these pins into your projects, you can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of your matting installation process, ensuring long-lasting and reliable results.
